• Art prints and reproductions
• Neurographica coaching sessions (one-on-one and group)
• Art therapy workshops and courses
• Educational content related to neurographica methodology

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Product Pricing

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our website

3.2 Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Payment must be received in full before shipment of physical products or scheduling of workshops
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors

3.3 Original Artworks

• Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces
• Once sold, original artworks cannot be reproduced or resold by us
• Certificate of authenticity will be provided with original purchases

3.4 Print Products

• Prints are reproductions of original artworks
• Print quality and materials are as described in product listings
• Print-on-demand items are produced after order confirmation

4. Workshops and Coaching Services

4.1 Booking and Scheduling

• Workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation
• Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation
• Workshop materials and requirements will be communicated prior to sessions

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• Client Cancellations: 48 hours notice required for full refund; less than 48 hours notice results in 50% refund
• Our Cancellations: Full refund provided if we must cancel for any reason
• No-shows: No refund for failure to attend scheduled sessions

4.3 Online vs. In-Person Sessions

• Technical requirements for online sessions will be provided upon booking
• In-person sessions are held in Zug, Switzerland, or as otherwise specified
• Weather or technical issues may require rescheduling

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Physical Products

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product size
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to shipping carrier

5.2 International Shipping

• International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees

5.3 Damaged or Lost Items

• Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Artwork must be returned in original condition
• Buyer responsible for return shipping costs unless item was misrepresented

• Returns accepted within 30 days for defective or damaged items
• Custom or personalized prints cannot be returned unless defective

6.3 Digital Products

• No returns on digital products, downloads, or completed services

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Artwork Rights

• We retain copyright to all original artwork designs
• Buyers receive ownership of the physical artwork but not reproduction rights
• Print buyers receive personal use rights only

7.2 Workshop Content

• All workshop materials, techniques, and content are proprietary
